Was making a new account online and was very frustrated with an error I kept having so I came here to figure it out. Got there and told to wait and it was all good. Terrible customer service. I see why it gets so many one stars. My wife had a check to deposit and they refused to deposit it into my account even though both my wife and I have separate accounts with them. I asked if I should close up my account. They just said OK so they don’t give a shit about customer service or their clients. I really am very disappointed of this branch, I admit that I arrived some minutes before the closing time, but I was inside already, and I wanted to cash a check for my 6 years old son, the check was endorsed and the clerk told me it was ok just have to write “parent of a minor “, but a woman that I believe is the manager of that branch told me that is not possible because, the only way is opening an account with the bank which is nonsense for me because I am not interested in open an account, I left and called customer serv... read more
***Edit I had already called corporate and I was helped and I’m not taking this down because there are other branches in the area. I needed bonds cashed. I call to verify with Bank of America corporate office prior to calling this branch regarding whether it could be done as my circumstances are very specific. They said it would be no problem as I have several accounts with the bank and I am a platinum client. They noted my account so I would not have any trouble.
