The most incompetent people on earth running this branch especially this manger lady. Totally clueless and should be fired immediately. My mother 76 yrs old came in to withdraw money over 10k and they said they need more authentication. More what? She presented her license , debit card, pin etc. how much authentication do you need? Maybe she will start stool samples and DNA test. Lady go away and start cleaning houses because you have no clue what you talking about.
The people at the branch are nice but none of them including customer service know their own products. I opened up an account specifically to transfer money every month. They said no problem and that I could do free via ACH. I told them the amount and again they said no problem. I've tried for two weeks to do this without incurring the $30/wire fee ( i have to do this every month so don't want to pay it) as I was assured I could do it.
