I went to this branch and the service was really amazing all the people there Daniel, gabby , brenda and Maria I super recommend this branch very good people and the service 5 stars
I’ve been banking with Bank of America for 30 years, and Brenda gave me the best service I’ve ever experienced. She was phenomenal—thoughtful, proactive, and went above and beyond to help me with all my needs. If I could give her 10 stars, I would! Brenda absolutely deserves a raise!
Horrible service. Went to the Naples 5th street branch to withdraw $12K from my account. After waiting 20 mins they don’t have $12K. So sent me to another branch. Took dealing with 3 people including the branch manager to finally get my withdraw. Almost 45 mins there so right at 1.5 hours to get my withdrawal. Manager trying to tell me how their process works like I work there. Just unreal. Major training needed.
This bank is critical to this area snd my experience with it has been fantastic with great, knowledgeable, and caring people.
