It is impossible to reach somebody by phone. it looks like nobody working there. Worst customer service ever.
Service counter is unable to resolve simple issues. Manager, Daniel Gutierrez unable to address escalated customer needs nor can he follow-up. Should not be in charge of the location.
Worst wait times imaginable for 1 single transaction! Staff just walking around all looking at the one teller they have.
