Absolutely the worst BofA branch to ever exist and the most abysmal customer service ever experienced. Avoid at all costs. Lazy and discriminatory staff against disabled and elderly foreigners. Went in to assist my 75 y/o FIL who is disabled and is on hospice with cancer and doesn’t speak English. He came in at 3pm with his passport to withdraw money but forgot his PIN. A continuation of my previous rating: When we left we saw that they blocked his debit card and put a fraud alert on it because we were not able to use the digital card, transfer any money, or add it to apple wallet afterwards. This lady has her head on backwards, to still think, after speaking with him via translator, that I am still trying to fraud this man out of money.
