ONE of the very few service centers open on Saturday, which is frustrating. But it does have decent parking and the staff is pleasant.
They closed my local branch. Then they closed the next closest branch. Now I am stuck going to the Fruitvale branch, which doesn't even keep the appointments you set for them. I had to come back the next day and I am still waiting. And, they don't have a bathroom! The guy who finally helped me was competent and professional.

Absolutely the worst BofA branch to ever exist and the most abysmal customer service ever experienced. Avoid at all costs. Lazy and discriminatory staff against disabled and elderly foreigners. Went in to assist my 75 y/o FIL who is disabled and is on hospice with cancer and doesn’t speak English. He came in at 3pm with his passport to withdraw money but forgot his PIN. He was told to go home and get the mail to activate his debit card and get his PIN, instead of just activating the card on the phone and resetting his PIN in... read more
