Scanned the check and then told me my money wouldn't be available for 5-7 days. They can snatch up the momey but cant give it back. I do not see bank of America in the future.
They booked an appointment for me to open an account, but on the day of the appointment, I received a call saying that their associate was unavailable and that they needed to reschedule it for the next day. When I arrived the following day, the associate was still unavailable. They then made an excuse, claiming that my appointment was scheduled earlier and that I was late. I don’t recommend making appointments there, as they have three cabins but only one associate working each day.
Wanted to say a personal thank you to Sukhjeet Kaur who helped me opened my parents checking and saving account. Her attitude for perfection and seriousness she has given to our business exemplify the utmost professionalism that BofA holds to its customer. Will definitely come back again!
