Terrible location! ATMS outside are down most of the time and this location doesn’t even offer all after hours ATM inside. Why would you put the ATM in the lobby with the tellers where no one can get to it? Does that even make any sense!
Unfortunately , I had a bad experience here with one of those socialist name Mr. Favio. I had a question related to a situation that I was having in my checking accounts and he was asking me all the wrong questions. Made feel like I was an idiot The whole time he looked very aggravated breathing very heavenly At this point I liberty felt That he was gonna respond to me in a certain way. I would not see him. Everybody else there is very nice. Just a quick heads up. Thank you
They never answer the phone call
Have tried 6 times in 3 days to pay account balance and computer never allows me to complete required ID procedure. Starts interrupting when I am 1/2 way thru account # or telephone #. Totally unacceptable procedure.
