Unfortunately , I had a bad experience here with one of those socialist name Mr. Favio. I had a question related to a situation that I was having in my checking accounts and he was asking me all the wrong questions. Made feel like I was an idiot The whole time he looked very aggravated breathing very heavenly At this point I liberty felt That he was gonna respond to me in a certain way. I would not see him. Everybody else there is very nice. Just a quick heads up. Thank you
They never answer the phone call
Have tried 6 times in 3 days to pay account balance and computer never allows me to complete required ID procedure. Starts interrupting when I am 1/2 way thru account # or telephone #. Totally unacceptable procedure.
Went in to grab a couple of cashiers checks and noticed that my debit card was damaged. It still worked but since I was at the branch I decided to try to get a temporary or a replacement. The teller informed me that B of A no longer gives out replacement cards and if I wanted a new card I would have to turn in the damaged one and wait 3 to 5 buisness days to recive a new one in the mail.
