I visited this branch to withdraw cash and specifically requested $100 bills. I was told they only had $20 bills available and that they might be able to get me some of $100 bills, but the rest would be $20s. This was very inconvenient and not what I expect, especially as a preferred customer. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and it makes me question the value of being a preferred customer here. I’m seriously considering switching to another bank.
