I’m client since 2015, that’s the only BofA location i had a issue with cashing out a check that won’t cashed, cuz I was informed by the teller there’s a missing parts of my name at the check, well,I use to have a two first name, didn’t have the check cashed out, ok, no big deal, i made a deposited through the app and got funds from the check which wasn’t cashed before with no issues. I won’t be returning to this agency again.
