I had an outstanding experience at the Bank of America in Marlborough, especially thanks to Patricia Whiteley. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and addressed all of my needs. Not only her, but the branch manager as well, provided exceptional service. Every time I visit this bank, I am treated with great care, and even when I don’t have a scheduled appointment, they go above and beyond to assist me. I highly recommend this branch for their exceptional customer service.
