The branch managers there, Nicole and Sarah, were absolutely fantastic at attending to my charge dispute to my debit card. They were professional, courteous and really went out of their way to help me out when this problem put me in a dire financial situation. I'm almost done dealing with this bank. And this branch is closing permanently tomorrow. But I am so livid. They're usually ok. But I do the same thing every week. I have a check that I cash so I can deposit it as cash. Sometimes I take some of the cash and deposit most of it. Which is what I thought I was doing today. But instead she gave me the cash part I asked for but then deposited the rest as a check so that none of it was available.
