Customer service doesn’t exist anymore at this bank.
Not sure why this has such a low rating. They are convenient, friendly, and open at normal times for any bank. BofA is nice because it is nationwide.

They need to be open, covid or not ATMs are not people and can't help open accounts or wire transfer.
