If I could leave zero stars, I would. Trying to reach someone by phone is an absolute nightmare. You follow all the prompts, only to be met with endless hold times and no response. Attempting to contact the correct department online is no better—you’re left waiting on hold for 45 minutes, only for the call to disconnect. It should not be this difficult to get a single answer. This level of service is completely unacceptable. When you are finally able to speak with someone they put you on hold for another 15 minutes.
My previous review disappeared. I tried many multiple calls for 3 days to call my branch bank to find out if we had a notary. Caring because there is typically a long wait for anything at this branch. So I hopped into the car and made my journey of 14 minutes to the bank. Exactly as expected the receptionist was sitting there doing nothing. I told here I had tried to call for days and there was no answer, she said the ladies behind the curtains have phones and usually do not answer when they are busy.
