My mother has been banking with BoAm for nearly a decade, the only other BoAm in Fall River shut down. Everyone and their great grand parents go to 87 Mariano Bishop Blvd. The building is ill-equip and too small. Also not very accessible. My mother is fully blind and, thanks to an Ischemic stroke in February 2025, is in a wheelchair. The one ramp is not flesh to the ground; the doors are not automatic making it difficult to maneuver a chair and get a door open. The kindness of strangers is appreciated, although. Bad service in person and online. They never answer the phone and don’t even try to make an appointment in person because they never have availability.
