My sister and I are not even account holders at Bank of America, but our late grandfather was; and this staff multiple times has gone out of their way to help us through the difficult process of closing his accounts. Today, Johan went out of his way to assist us and did an excellent job making us feel important and getting our issue resolved quickly. We’ve had overwhelming positive experiences with other staff members in the past, as well.
