Waited literally 25 minutes in line inside because the other teller was at lunch they had one teller on a busy afternoon. Haven't been able to get just a debit card at this branch because they always have 3 people waiting and understaffed. Well check this out. Went to another branch of BOA same day they took care of my deposit applied for a few other things and I had my debit card in my digital wallet in (((15 minutes)))!!! on the same busy afternoon. Hannah was the person that helped me and she made my visit extremely pleasant and informative! I was greeted my Michael the manager and he was really nice with helping me create my profile for my new account. I wasn’t expecting to have such a great visit, great team of people at this location.
I had a fantastic experience at this bank! The staff was super friendly and really took the time to help me with my questions. The layout is convenient, making my visit quick and easy.
