I was very happy when Bank of America took over the original New Bedford Institute for savings then which was brought out by Fleet and then Bank of America came in. I was very happy. Hidden fees for days. And when you try to cancel the account they, send in the enforcer master used car salesman to talk you into staying. Place is a headache. You need an apointment for any interaction that could be done over the counter at any other bank.
I had an appointment 15 days ago with the BofA at Faunce corner and my banker Mrs Kellie Peitavino was really nice and helped me by clarifying the doubts and did a great job . Also she was very humble and sweet and explained me the credit card options very well . As a first time credit card buyer in America though I used some credit cards in India, I had many doubts and questions and she clarified and suggested the best credit card to start with initially. Now I got my credit card and my special thanks to Mrs Kellie .
I tried booking an appointment twice and they cancelled both time without specifying any reasons
