Store manager and they make you wait in line while they bullshit and laugh… no sense of urgency or customer service. Extremely rude also. Never experienced anything like this in a bank.
Waited literally 25 minutes in line inside because the other teller was at lunch they had one teller on a busy afternoon. Haven't been able to get just a debit card at this branch because they always have 3 people waiting and understaffed. Well check this out. Went to another branch of BOA same day they took care of my deposit applied for a few other things and I had my debit card in my digital wallet in (((15 minutes)))!!! on the same busy afternoon.
