This is the worst branch!!!! They never have more than 2 tellers on and it always takes forever!!!! Must be the only branch with Spanish speaking tellers because there's just lines and it seems to be a county assistance office more than a bank. I live closer but sometimes it's always easier and WAY QUICKER to drive to Whitehall or the south mall.. by the time you take the drive and do what you need you would still be waiting in these lines
If I could give zero stars I would! Worst branch ever. No one to help, one teller with a million people and the line out the door. Corporate should know the lack of customer service this branch provides and shut them down or hire all new management. Something needs to be done, this is a disgrace!
1 person working, line almost out the door, quit being cheap and hire people rediculous
This is insane, they have 7 windows and a very long row and only one window is open out of the 7, seriously!!!.... WHAT ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS TIME OF THIS BANK?....
