Horrible experience. Only One teller for all the service. I believe a lady who is walking around, need to be the teller as well. I have no idea why she is standing next to the teller but not clearing the queue.
Worst bank on the planet. If an autopay doesn't go through, or the amount becomes insufficient to meet minimums due to increased interest rate, they will NOT send ANY emails to notify you. They simply collect their late fees and trash your credit report until you happen to notice. Absolutely awful bank with the worst customer service.
