As a regular customer, the experience I have is quite a roller coaster. Also, this branch is the best example of banks needing a specially designated separate bull____ line.

I am so angry and frustrated with being America. I am a gold member and have been with them for 20 years… I have credit line of credit paid off mortgage, This Christmas, I was buying a gift for a family member. My card was declined. They did not text me to see if it was me. They just kept declining purchase, but finally, I used the Capital One credit card.. when I got home, I called Bank of America.
