I am so angry and frustrated with being America. I am a gold member and have been with them for 20 years… I have credit line of credit paid off mortgage, This Christmas, I was buying a gift for a family member. My card was declined. They did not text me to see if it was me. They just kept declining purchase, but finally, I used the Capital One credit card.. when I got home, I called Bank of America. I like this branch because there are not a lot of people here. Today Raquel A.Garcia helped me a lot. And a branch manager was super nice. There is also an amazing cashier, but I don't remember her name, she was super helpful a couple of months ago.
