I visited Bank of America to have a document notarized and was surprised when the notary refused to notarize it. I had previously had the same type of document notarized at Bank of America without any issues. The explanation I received was unclear and did not make sense to me, even after it was explained. Very rude staff, I do landscaping work and have been cashing checks with no problem for years. Yesterday evening I was profiled and denied service because of my appearance. I am very upset about that and feel very disrespected... I will be making a complaint to the supervisor!

I asked for a very simple request to transfer funds out of my CD that expired. They sat me in an office with a phone on hold for over 15 minutes. I never received service and left. I will now be switching financial institutions, this service is completely unacceptable. Makes you question why employees are there if they won’t even do their job.

“I would give zero stars if I could. This Bank of America location is the absolute worst. Every single time I come here, they refuse to help me with even the simplest requests. The staff is unhelpful, dismissive, and rude. I have never felt so ignored or disrespected. Do yourself a favor and avoid this branch at all costs.”
