They are a little slow with greeting and helping clients. Chatter is clearly more important.
I want give to this Bank 0 cero stars , Nasty service , poor customer support , I was trying open a new account and was waiting for more a one hours and they never attended me ..
The line was absolutely redecoulas! You have to go inside to cash a check. There are no ways to go through a drive thru and handle business. Bayport has all lines open through drive thru and you can handle all your business through video. I don't believe this bank will survive if they don't work on customer service. People don't have an hour to wait in line on there lunch break.
This BOA is amazing!! The customer service was impeccable!! Mrs. Dani and Tiffany was the best!!! All of the service reps were fantastic!!! I highly recommend!!
