Worst Service Ever!! Rude Bank Tellers! They Need To Do Better!!
Worst BOA I have been to in a long time. I went there to submit some important paperwork. I was there about an hour and thirty minutes. They took copies of all my docs and said they would start the process of what needed to be done. I called 2 weeks later. No one answers the phone number listed, ever. I went down there to see what's happening and was told I should be getting something in the mail soon. Worst bank I’ve ever been to. Girl with the curly hair is more worried about her makeup than tending to customers. They take forever, can’t wait until my company switches banks so I don’t have to come to Bank of America anymore.
