Worst BOA I have been to in a long time. I went there to submit some important paperwork. I was there about an hour and thirty minutes. They took copies of all my docs and said they would start the process of what needed to be done. I called 2 weeks later. No one answers the phone number listed, ever. I went down there to see what's happening and was told I should be getting something in the mail soon.
