What is the purpose of having a business phone number if no one answers? I called multiple numbers for this business which is provided by google and bank of america official site, but no one picked up. Is this how Bank of America operates now?
Terrible Financial Center Manager. Artemisa is dismissive, condescending and not helpful at all. I'd never walk in to this branch if you do not have to. Fortunately, the Regional Director handled our issue and made a difficult situation much less stressful. Problem solving at the branch level is low!
Recently we visited this office.....Long story short — WORST customer service experience ever at this branch! I have been a Bank of America customer for many years, and this was the first time I’ve had such a bad experience with AASHA KUMAR. She was late for the appointment, then she tried to make a simple notarization unnecessarily difficult. Her approach felt unprofessional, incompetence and her attitude made the situation worse.
