Impossible to get to talk to someone on the phone. Regardless of the time of call the message is the same and it disconnects soon after. What a shame. Update: in response to the Bofa's response below: please clarify how connecting with the social media reps will assist in my need to talk to someone at that branch! Two reps from the branch have called me and I am attempting to return their calls. But sure...I will reach out through Twitter... smart.
After a long wait to open a CD ( with a personal Banker) I was told She is still busy with someone who actually came after me! I am a costumer since 1987 and Service is getting worse every year. I took off work early to do this but I can’t wait any longer! Obviously I am quite upset - it mainly happens at this location!
