强烈推荐 BofA 这个营业网点。这家银行工作人员很少，但每个人都面带微笑、非常友善。尤其是 Feng（Jason）LI，业务精湛、工作态度认真负责、积极主动。 他原本负责企业级业务，但看到我英文很差，就主动帮忙处理我的老账户遗留问题，并建立了新账户，同时又详细讲解了好多日常账务处理需要规避的误操作，前后用时近 3 个小时，非常有耐心，这是我在美国银行体验最好的一次服务。非常感谢 Jason Li 的帮助。
Terrible customer service..... Everything is now by appointment. When attempting to reach the representative directly via e-mail, there is not even the courtesy of acknowledgement, let a alone response to simple questions. Not sure if all BofA branches are like this, but this branch is simply terrible. If BofA is interested in the individual who I am referring to at this branch, reach out and I will be more than happy to share the employee's name.
This is the first time that I went to this branch asking for some information, as I couldn't get when I called the BofA general help line. People are very professional here and very attentive. I didn't feel being neglected. And, I got ALL my questions answered. Even if I don't have an account with this branch, the representative still was very nice to want to help answer any questions that I had. Horrible service - they have owed me $20k for over a year and nobody will help me. Shame on them for being so helpless with my money. They keep transferring me around and never anybody helpful that answers the phone anyways.
