I am writing this review because the staff here truly make you feel welcomed and are willing to help from the moment you enter the office. I cannot praise Jovani enough for assisting me with my recent notarization needs. He is very friendly, professional, and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this Bank of America branch.
Trying to get a check cleared since the hold was far out. Location and customer service are of absolute no help since I need the money to clear. Will never be using Bank of America after this since today was the second time this has happened.
Incompetent staff.
One star for the management. They screwed up our situation big time. The manger on duty was not willing to come out behind the door until our persistent requests to do so required a response. FIVE STARS for Giovanni who was as accommodating as he could be and eventually unscrewed a screwed up situation.
