Nice in person but they do not answer the telephone. I called 6 times yesterday with a question and eventually decided to go in person today. The people working are all chatting in one another’s offices and there are no customers, so I’m a but confused why no one was available to take my call over the past two days
I am writing this review because the staff here truly make you feel welcomed and are willing to help from the moment you enter the office. I cannot praise Jovani enough for assisting me with my recent notarization needs. He is very friendly, professional, and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this Bank of America branch.
Trying to get a check cleared since the hold was far out. Location and customer service are of absolute no help since I need the money to clear. Will never be using Bank of America after this since today was the second time this has happened.
Incompetent staff.
