This Bank of America branch is great, the staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful when I opened an account, and the interior is clean and well-maintained. I'm not sure why it has such a low rating; perhaps the older reviews are outdated. Would be helpful if they extended their hours to 5pm tho!
No ADA handicap access door opening buttons (you have to go through two doors to get into the bank). Many scatter rugs on the floors of the bank and in the entranceway, creating a major hazard for those using canes or walkers. This bank is a major accident waiting to happen for people who use walkers and canes. I assertively pointed this out to the only teller on duty and asked for a quick change to accommodate those with handicaps. The response was a shrug. All this happened on 21 August 2023.

Basic bank. No line at all. One teller working at the time that I went. A man at the entrance greeting customers. The parking lot is difficult to exit being that the exit is onto a busy road with no light.
