ATM will steal all of your money and checks on deposit it happened to me on December 18th and again on January 4th from separate atms. 2300 deposit the first time. 3k or the 2nd
The wait times are long and to add on to that, they have reduced their banking hours and now open one hour later. Typical banking hours are 9 to 5, but this BOFA’s lobby hours are 10 to 4! Very inefficient and frustrating to bank with them.
By far the worst Bank of America I’ve ever been to. “Anesha” was the rudest, snottiest teller I have ever encountered. This is after a 25 minute wait to make 3 business deposits. Would not recommend this location.
