I went to get quarters for laundry and one of the rolls was short $1.00. I called the bank for over 50 mins consecutive and no one answered AT ALL then they closed… WOW so I was robbed for a $1.00 from a bank and no one is trying to help or give me my dollar back. Not everyone has a vehicle, they have to travel by multiple buses just to get to you and you guys can’t even answer the phone.
I had the good fortune of working with Tyler Akins, Theresa, and Chase Burdick (again) at the Latham location, and the difference in experience was night and day. After explaining what happened at the Wolf Road branch—where my time was wasted and I was ultimately turned away—they immediately understood the situation.
