I visited this branch many times, staff is very friendly, welcoming and hardworking. I always had great experience here. I highly recommend it to everyone.
I feel these days businesses should be accessible for all people. To be a bank with no drive through teller seems ridiculous. I feel for people with mobility issues or the elderly dealing with arthritis or fear of a fall while walking. There’s a sign saying drive-thru closed come in for service like it’s not a big deal to have discontinued the drive through but even as someone who doesn’t need it, I think it’s wrong. 2 stars for the always helpful and friendly employees and consistently clean interior.
Went in to resolve an issue, was able to speak to a relationship banker (Mr. Zachary Hurrell) quickly and him and he was able to resolve my issue and was professional and courteous. Everyone was pleasant and quick to assist
