I had the good fortune of working with Tyler Akins, Theresa, and Chase Burdick (again) at the Latham location, and the difference in experience was night and day. I stopped by to open an account, and Tyler was very welcoming and resourceful.
Bank Of America does not care about people and the struggle they may be in. They are holding my check until the 29th of this month which is a Saturday so that means it wont be accessible until the 1st! Told them the situation and that I do not need the full amount just something to provide a Thanksgiving for my family because I don't get paid until Friday from my job. I have visited this branch a few times when in latham. I am a BOA and Merrill-Lynch customer. I like BOA as there are branches or affiliates all over the world . Visited one in Paris. And it made things easier for me. I wish they did not close the branch on Western Avenue in Albany. I use the Wolf rd branch the most but Western was easier. Over all, BOA is 5 stars, just this branch is a little harder to use for me.
