Opened my account, deposited money into my checking and savings account. Within 1 week and a few days, I’ve had issues with my online account being closed 3 times due to “ Need to provide 2 forms of ID “. Mind you, that is the requirement to even open an account. I was assisted in making a new online account registration 2 times, using the same forms of identification. Few days later, both accounts have a 0 dollar balance. Awful customer service. Never coming back.
It’s really rude of a bank teller to throw money or a receipt on the counter instead of handing it to you. I’ve noticed they only do this with a certain demographic. I’ve went on two separate occasions and received the same treatment by staff. They’re very rude.
