I need to give a shout out to Jeffrey Simays at this location. After receiving terrible customer service at the Bank of America location on Union St. in Schenectady with no resolution to several large fraudulent charges, I came into this location in distress and frustrated that I could not get help at the prior location or the Bank of America customer service phone number. Opened my account, deposited money into my checking and savings account. Within 1 week and a few days, I’ve had issues with my online account being closed 3 times due to “ Need to provide 2 forms of ID “. Mind you, that is the requirement to even open an account. I was assisted in making a new online account registration 2 times, using the same forms of identification. Few days later, both accounts have a 0 dollar balance.
