Employees in this location are really nice. Jason and Sherana are professional, excellent, knowledgeable, and really helpful! Sherana answered all my questions with patience and I didn't feel being rushed at all. Sherana is really excellent and friendly! If I have any questions, I will definitely go back to this location for assistance. Excellent customer service!
I don't know about you but how does a bank make an arbitrary business decision to close a depositer's account with out informing the account holder? I opened a checking account with bank of America first week in September, made a minimal deposit and waited for my payroll to be directly deposited into my boa account. I was told by bank staff a direct deposit would have to be made within 30 days of opening the account. Not a problem mine would be completed in three weeks.
