Shawn Minnis at the Troy branch helped me resolve two banking issues in the past few months since I moved back to the area and I'm very happy with this bank branch. He's wonderful! I've been a BOA customer for 10 years. Customer service is always respectful and professional.
BEST BANK! The staff has been so helpful helping me open my accounts, resolve my direct deposit from the social security, dispute erroneous charges, and all bank related issues. Their staff is so nice and helpful and always give me all the advice I need. Top bank!
