So I went there for simplest thing like updating my phone number I wait on the line and guy in front told me comeback 4 hours later. That's crazy for a simple things come back. And the guy in window wasn't helpful at all.

Very slow service, mostly because they only seem to have one teller on at a time. This is the only BOA I have been to that has this issue.
