Extremely infuriated by the incompetence and lack of customer consideration of one, Anthony D Wilson, Financial Center Manager at the 1450 Western Ave branch. I went in with CORRECT commit number to have insurance check endorsed at the branch. Anthony D Wilson wrote ONE of the 8 digit of that commit number wrong and took himself off into wild goose chase for next 45min. when everything was done, I asked him what took so long? and he answered "YOU gave me A WRONG commit number", in very condescending tone.
