This is by far the worst Bank of America I've ever been in in my life. I asked to speak to the Manager who came over and was very rude, he never introduced himself to me said hello or anything. He was a tall man with blonde colored hair. I'm disabled and my daughter was with me and he was so rude she started to say something. I was there to cash two checks that were drawn under Bank of America and I usually go to the Bank of America in Chesapeake. I never have any issues cashing them there.
