Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful employees that went above and beyond to help us resolve our issue. My family has been going to this location for many years (even after moving to a different city) because of the excellent experience and customer service that the advisors and employees at this location provide, especially Mr. Akbari!
If you not foreign you are at bottom of the barrel here at this Bank of America seem like everyone else inside the bank was happily taken care of and I was being short talked never was told that I would need to form of IDs after being checked in and teller taken my id and knowing in there to open a checking I was told to wait I end up waiting for 15/20 mins all to be told I needed two id I went to go get that to come back wait patiently why the man was talking to a person who spoke French and had his wife on line all for him... read more
