I went to open an account, and I was extremely satisfied and happy of the help and attention I received from Guillermo Santana he facilitated the process, was social and nice. Very good worker you can tell he likes what he is doing! I recommend him!
Drive thu ATM is out of service
Hi my son was last week inside the ATM and made a cash deposit he notice the money was not credit in his account he went back to the bank no one help they said call the atm only we were back yesterday and they put another claim and told us we had to wait another 2 weeks for a temporary credit when they have footage of the transaction service is bad
Very good costumer service, went there to get change for my business and Ricardo took care of me, he was very helpful and polite. He is a good representation for the Bank.
