BOA used to be a really great bank many decades ago, but it is not what it used to be by a long shot, besides having become a shameful WOKE organization. I have tried to go thru the Drive thru but only the ATM was open. What happened to drive thru tellers?. And once you go into the bank, there is always a long wait because of the lack of tellers. I am almost certain that most national banks are just about the same except for local banks. I am looking to change to one of the locals.

I'm not sure what happened with the concept of customer service in BOA, it used to be great. I tried to open an account, not my first one. Because I didn't have an app they told me I needed to wait and after 30 min they recommended me other branches to go to. Wow really.
