Very unprofessional banker. We went there for opening a business account with all the documents needed but the banker refused to open a business account because we are not a citizen or resident. Even we have working authorization and legal immigration status (not travel visa or student). That is rediculous that they refused to provide service to legal immigrants.

Go to anothe branch, or even better to another bank. It will save you time and lack of availability. Crazy how useless branches are. BOA has no interest in making processes any easy.
