Horrible service, the line is huge they have 3 employees for the entire building. The wait is over 1-2 hours to be assisted.
I experienced the worst service ever. I am a 20 plus years customer from bank of america. I forgot my ID but i had a picture. I had an emergency and "manager" Lizzie was unable to help. I am a business neighbor and i go very often there to do business transactions. An exception could been made. Wasnt such a big deal but your associates made a big one.
