The wait is horrible.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with a bank representative. The Business Solution Advisor was quite unhelpful and displayed a lack of professionalism, Consequently, I decided to take my business to another bank. While I understand that Bank of America is reducing its branches and that the remaining staff may be under a lot of pressure, that does not justify treating loyal customers poorly.
Vine a esta agencia aperturar una cuenta, llegamos con cita igualmente nos tocó esperar 20 min, le persona que nos atendió desde el principio tenía mala actitud, me tocó ir a buscar un documento que según ella lo requería a pesar que tengo ya 10 años con una cuenta personal, fui a buscarlo y de regreso la espera fue mucho mayor, mi conclusión de todo esto es que no hay profesionalismo y se nota la decadencia del banco en general y solo decidí abrir la cuenta aquí por la comodidad de tener una, definitivamente no recomiendo e... read more
Q pesima atencion q poca disponibilidad por parte del personal supuestamente calcado para atender 2 días queriendo habrir una cuenta. Pésimo q lastima tanta fama q tiene banco américa y el personal es pésimo horar d espera y no te atiende asen perder el tiempo
