There are two people that works in customer service - Omar and a woman I believe she is in her late 40s, Hispanic, and she wears glasses. They are very slow and very stupid. I was the only one sitting in the waiting and both time I sit there for over an hour. Don't bother calling, because they do not answer their phones. If you want to get seen quickly, go to Sunland Park or Transmountain.
They lied when they posted their hours of operation. I really needed to get into the bank and exchange money for a trip we were taking but was very disappointed to see that they closed at 4pm instead of 5 like they posted .
