They have a teller named shawn, he has OCD and has to do things in a certain way. And it makes him take 15 mins to do one person. My GF has OCD and he shouldnt be working the counter. I know people who will not go to this location because of this. Everyone that goes here knows him and rills eyes when he is the only teller. Put him in the back where his time is his time, when he works the counter his time becomes our time. He needs to work on making himself better they have things to help with his compulsiveness. What bank doesn’t open until 10am? Sitting outside and there’s about 5-7 people in the parking lot all wondering why they are open. Prime location, understaffed, and open late. People need to get to their money. Come on Bank of America.
Its a awesome tellee by the name of Russell that work at this location ..... 10 10 10 10 .... he always take good care of me and my wife when i walk in ... Always smiling , always happy and always by himself.... But it dont matter im always in and out ... He seem like he actually care about my personal life , my financial life and so on ...
