I went to B of A Financial Center and the customer service was very good. Alma helped me through the procedures of what I needed to do and insured that I understood what different types of accounts detailed. Not long after the bank Manager Veronica followed up with me to ensure that I had a successful visit. Overall all the entire staff from the beginning to end (including the security guard), were customer service oriented and easy to talk and ask questions to.
