This branch is a train wreck. It took over 2.5 hours to apply for a credit card. Yes, you read that correctly 2.5 hours. I was so upset that on the next day I went to Trustco apply where it took less than 20 minutes. And what was I thinking in the first place, the rate was significantly lower at Trustco. Bye bye BOA I am not here to help pay for your nationwide overhead.Â
