I've been using this branch across from Sunland Park Mall for nearly 30 years and have never experienced a bit of trouble. If I have had a question I get attention promptly. GOOD STAFF!
I recently cashed a check at Bank of America and I had a fantastic experience. The process was fast and straightforward, the manager and the staff was friendly and professional. I was in and out in no time! Great customer service!
I had an excellent experience with the Manager and her staff, from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and felt right at home. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The service was top-notch, and I was really impressed with the attention to detail.
VERONICA REYES who works at the Sunland branch in El Pas was very helpful! I am one person who is not very knowledgeable as far as doing things on your phone like most elderly people and she took the time to do what I needed to do and in the process showed me how I can do it. I really appreciated her help, and I hope there are more Veronica's in the other branches.Thank you so much Veronica.
