I went to Bank of America for my appointment regarding a home loan, and I had a great experience. Florrrrrr was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. She attended me right on time, explained everything clearly, and even went the extra mile by contacting the loan department and connecting me directly with them. Her guidance made the whole process much easier and less stressful. I truly appreciate her effort, patience, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend BOA for home loans.
This place is a joke!
Do not open an account at this bank. High fees and they will only cash up to 3k for non account holders. If you wrote a check to someone over 3k you will have issues. STAY AWAY, rude staff
