Bank of America is probably the worst bank ever, but this particular branch is the cherry on top with the most unhelpful individuals known to banking
I went to Bank of America for my appointment regarding a home loan, and I had a great experience. Florrrrrr was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. She attended me right on time, explained everything clearly, and even went the extra mile by contacting the loan department and connecting me directly with them. Her guidance made the whole process much easier and less stressful. I truly appreciate her effort, patience, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend BOA for home loans.
