WE get locked out of our debit card approximately once every 2 weeks for purchasing Christmas gifts online. This is ridiculous. Off to the bank of america office once AGAIN! And the nearest one is 40 miles away!
The staff are good but it’s very disappointing that when I call and keep calling and calling, no one is there to answer. I don’t know what the reason is? There should be at least one person who is in charge of answering the phone calls no matter how much they are busy assisting other customers. Thank you
Doesn’t answer the phone at all. I’ve never had a check or cashiers check ever clear the next day all take 1-2 weeks to clear but they won’t tell you that. And after calling 10 times they pick up the phone all mad. If I’d know they keep every check on hold for a crazy long time I would have never opened an account here. Cashiers check at that not even a regular check
