Financial advisor in this office Omar is very unprofessional. Mid conversation he starts complaining about the tellers in the office and how they don’t deserve $22 an hour. Has a very “too cool for school attitude” wouldn’t hire him to watch my dog let alone manage my wealth.
Always helpful and friendly, would recommend.
The staff are very good, however, when one has a simple question to ask, no one ever answers the phone, so I have to drive to the bank to get my simple yes or no question answered. Very frustrating service
WE get locked out of our debit card approximately once every 2 weeks for purchasing Christmas gifts online. This is ridiculous. Off to the bank of america office once AGAIN! And the nearest one is 40 miles away!
The staff are good but it’s very disappointing that when I call and keep calling and calling, no one is there to answer. I don’t know what the reason is? There should be at least one person who is in charge of answering the phone calls no matter how much they are busy assisting other customers. Thank you
