Doesn’t answer the phone at all. I’ve never had a check or cashiers check ever clear the next day all take 1-2 weeks to clear but they won’t tell you that. And after calling 10 times they pick up the phone all mad. If I’d know they keep every check on hold for a crazy long time I would have never opened an account here. Cashiers check at that not even a regular check
Spoke with Amy Burek (credit solutions advisor) about mortgages and when I explained what we could possibly be looking for she was rude. She acted as if we were lucky to working with her and BOA. She made it sound that if she didn’t pull a hard credit report she wouldn’t answer any of our questions and we were wasting her time. Working with her anymore that the phone calls we already did would have been miserable.
