I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences at this bank location, and unfortunately the service keeps getting worse. Almost every time I come in, there is only one teller working, which leads to a long line of customers waiting. Meanwhile, several employees are walking around the branch but not stepping in to help with the line or atleast greet you. Super kind. I visit there and opened a bank account on sat morning and it took around 30mins to wait. I’d visit there again for sure :)
I've never been at a bank that you have people working in their offices not doing anything and huge lines with only 2 tellers and the third just standing there not doing anything.
