i have been to many bank of americas in maryland in the last few weeks but this is by far the worst.not only did the teller ask me personal intrusive questions that had nothing to do with the transaction but borderline accused me of fraud.just adding to the list of reasons of not to use bank of america

I came into Bank of America today and the branch was very busy with a long line. Mr. Maadhav wasted no time in clearing the line and provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. He is very smart, professional, and efficient. I’ve only recently started seeing him at this branch, but I actually know him from another place he works, and he has always been excellent there as well.
