They have the worst customer service at this location. I called ahead to check how long it would take to receive foreign currency after an order was placed. I was told if ordered before 2pm, money would arrive by next day but if order after 2pm, it would take 2 days. I asked what time bank closed to place order and was told they close at 4pm. I’ve had an account here for 50 years- 1) closed the drive thru 2) closes at 4PM every day 3) only 1 person behind the counter ever 4) closed on Saturdays 5) RUN! Bank of America does not want your business!
