Worst service ever . Hope you have 45 minutes to make a simple transaction. When you say something. They do not care.
It is a rare occasion that I even step into a bank now. Usually, I drive up to the ATM at the bank to conduct my business. Society wants to eliminate social interaction with others and use the computers or Artificial Intelligence to do business! Machines don't have a soul, so they are only as good as the programer. Still, I miss the person to person contact like it used to be.
Horrible experience with this the Bank teller again and again. Never greet anyone, waited forever on the line and they never appreciate my business. Forget about withdrawing money I can’t even make deposit more than 10 checks because I don’t have a printed my own deposit slip? Folks, They won’t provide Deposit slips anymore or they are saving money from printing company. I'd give zero if I could. Went there to cash a check. A Christmas bonus from my work who banks there. They told me it would be 8 dollars to cash their check. Mind you the check is from bank of America. After 5 minutes standing at the window they told me they couldn't cash it because they couldn't verify it. WHAT? It's your check. It's a payroll check. With an account number on the bottom. What a joke. I will never bank at bank of America. The one on 8 mile and livernois was cashing them for years no problem.
Such worst place to do banking, very slow and unskilled staff are working here.
