I like this bank and its employees
Horrible location. Long wait times. Sometimes the ATMs don’t even work. Also there is a senior banker there that told my wife she would help her multiple times get a letter to the claims department notarized and faxed. My wife contacted her about it and has not heard anything from her. She even told my wife that she would help her out and if she needed help with anything she would help but obviously she doesn’t keep her word. Employees were kind. very easy,convinent,banking and I was able to open an account the day I went there quickly , merna soliman is a great employee ! Very helpful , glad to have switched to b.o.a.
