2 stars but only for this specific location. Laurel is usually busy but the line goes fast. This location will have 2 tellers and 3 people in line and im still waiting much longer than necessary. but i digress. my review today is specifically for the male bank teller in the second booth today. he had an extremely sarcastic and degrading tone when i came in 20 minutes ago to deposit money into my account. My cash was in all 1 dollar bills but they were precounted and wrapped for easy counting. they use a counter so im not sur... read more
Hours need updating. Not open until 5.
Emailed me welcoming me to the neighborhood on the same day they closed my credit card due to inactivity without notifying me. I had the card for nearly 17 years... nice welcome BA. Edit: I've already reached out to customer support and was told there was nothing you could do to help. I let them know they lost a customer for life. I'd like to add this adversely affected my credit score as it was my longest standing account, with a somewhat sizeable credit line.
This place is an absolute joke! They close down branches and make us all come here and have 1 teller working every time I am here for our business account. There is 11 people in line in front of me. The A/C doesn’t work either! Definitely moving our account.
We received amazing service from Zee today. She is so patient, helpful, and caring. Zee is truly an asset to Bank of America!
