Poor customer service. Rude staff. Offering appointments for quick tasks, with literally 5 cars in the parking lot (3 of which likely belong to the staff) and all of two customers in the lobby. Do better!
I am surprised that this bank has even 2.6 reviews. The worst bank and people they employ there!
There are worst branch I ever went of boa , they always low on staff and have long lines and they take forever.
