I had high hopes given the convenient location, but my experience was disappointing. Despite having an appointment, I still had to wait 15 minutes. When I was finally seen, the staff lacked the necessary product knowledge to assist me, and I left empty-handed. To top it off, the manager promised a follow-up call that never happened. Better staff training and accountability are definitely needed here.
