Today my husband and I had a very frustrating experience at our local Bank of America branch. We went in to withdraw a larger amount of cash from my husband’s account—something we do regularly. At first, the teller informed us that his ID on file needed to be updated because the previous one was expired. We understood and complied. Fui a esta sucursal a realizar 2 wire transfer, tenía algunas interrogantes, pero en vez de sacarme de dudas lo que hicieron fue confundirme mucho más haciéndome perder muchísimo tiempo. Fui muy amable al hablar con la cajera pero quiso llamar al manager con actitud a la defensiva. Muy mala atención al cliente la verdad.
Excelente atención y servicio el de Jakie y todo el personal todos muy profesionales y colaboradores los recomiendo 100%
