Terrible service ! Not enough tellers and very poor management skills. 2 tellers and one of them instead of multitasking and speeding up the line prefers to have a conversation about the nationality of the client and weather. The other teller has been trained poorly. A transaction that usually takes 3-5 minutes has been taking almost 30 minutes. Manager C.M should go to the front and start taking clients instead of just taking notes walking around smiling.
