Typically only 1 teller. Employees are nice. But you will wait in line FOREVER. It’s stupid because there were 2 employees walking around with tablets like they could actually help people. But no they didn’t help anyone in line. This is very normal for this location. Plan at the minimum a half hour visit for a simple deposit.
Terrible service ! Not enough tellers and very poor management skills. 2 tellers and one of them instead of multitasking and speeding up the line prefers to have a conversation about the nationality of the client and weather. The other teller has been trained poorly. A transaction that usually takes 3-5 minutes has been taking almost 30 minutes. Manager C.M should go to the front and start taking clients instead of just taking notes walking around smiling.
