Came to the bank to make a deposit. Not only there was a long line up of customers and only 2 tellers, but when our turn finally came up Leidy she didn’t greet us, gave us attitude and when we wanted to deposit a big amount of cash she miscounted it and did not agree to accept our change saying we need to go to Publix cause they have machines and apparently BofA doesn’t accept coins all of a sudden. I asked to call the manager, she did not do that but instead gave us wraps and asked to do it ourselves while she takes other c... read more
Nice, big bank. Friendly. No long waiting times. People, both employees and customers, seem to be nice
Spent almost half an hour at this branch trying to get a personal check or cashiers check.. left empty handed since the wait is ridiculous, Bank of America apparently can’t give a personal check, but can charge $15 for a cashiers check 😂 changing my bank for sure now
Перед походом в это отделение банка почитала отзывы и ожидала худшего. Английским не владею, заранее не записывалась , а нужно оформить карты . Когда вошла, была приятно удивлена. .. Большой, уютный зал. Посетителей-3 человека. Банк только открылся. Меня приветливо встретила и провели к нужному сотруднику. Она спросила, на каком языке мне удобнее общаться. Подключила русскоговорящего сотрудника . Всего я потратила 20 минут времени на поход в банк.Спасибо всем!
