Terrible service. The lady at the counter barely smiled and then proceeded to tell me that my I.D. doesn’t match what’s on record. Impossible. Never had a problem with BOA, until I came here. Unbelievable.

11/04/25 I open up a checking account never got my debit card it was stolen through the mail purchases were credited on that debit card I did get a replacement card UPS within one day now I am waiting for them to investigate this matter before they can replace my monies they should have a better system in getting their customers their important mail such as a debit card I don't know if I would like to continue to do business with them
