Your generic response is even more frustrating, it's the same with all your bad reviews, you wasted half of my day!!! I made an appointment earlier this week with a specific Bank of America business banker to discuss my business banking needs. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was told the branch was overwhelmed and that the person I was supposed to meet with was out sick.
