Every time I go there, I have to wait in a long slow line. Why don't they rehire real ppl for drive up tellers? Then this problem would be resolved.
I've been doing business with this branch for years, the staff is always helpful and have done a lot to help with everything. Don't be afraid to talk to them, I've had a lot of fees waived that way.
