I have been waiting for quite some time. The lobby service stinks. One service a white or Hispanic gentleman before me. When I told her I was next because she didn't even acknowledge me and no one apologize for me waiting so long. It stinks. Poor customer service
Miss Merdridge is so professional, I’ve never experienced this level of customer service before. She walked me through every step of the way to make sure I was pleased. She is so pleasant and welcoming.
