3 tellers open, but only one is serving customers. The others are just staring at you, and dont say a word.
Ms. Merdrige provide awesome service. She makes you comfortable and is very respectful. She took her time to explain the services I needed and gave me options. I recommend anyone to go to her . She surely goes above and beyond to make sure she helps with what you need and more.
My day started out with a few rough bumps. However, I decided that I would give BOA Inverrary a try. If you’re ever in the area ask for Merdrige. Her customer service skills are superb and exceptionally. She’s people friendly and offers the best to her customers. She welcomes you to BOA and when you leave you know she gave you the best.
