My experiences on two consecutive days, involving both deposits and withdrawals, were exceptionally positive. The customer service was excellent, consistently delivered with smiles and genuine care, towards clients. The overall experience was highly satisfactory. Thank you to the team.

Terrible, Terrible Terrible bank. Every time I go to take out money it's a hassle. I did a bank to bank transfer, it shows clear on my account yet I'm told it's still processing. Going to leave this sorry excuse of a bank. 5 customers in line and only one teller. The branch manager should be fired. The worst customer service. Don't believe any of the positive reviews.
This is the absolute worst bank of america I have ever been to and I have been banking with bank of america for 12 years across multiple states. The 3 experiences I have had here are so bad that I want to close all my accounts and move to chase or another bank. The people here are extremely rude and they make customers wait for no reason.
I’ve been a long-time customer of this bank, but the recent service I received from Reina was deeply disappointing. She showed no interest in helping, didn’t try to understand my situation, and came across as completely disengaged. It’s clear there’s a lack of motivation or care in her approach. This bank seriously needs to consider rotating staff or providing better training — the lack of interest in their work is becoming too obvious, and it reflects poorly on the institution as a whole.
