As a Latino, I felt that my time and presence were not given the same consideration. Horribly unorganized people that do not care about their clients. I have been waiting for over an hour to see an associate about a very serious matter, after already having an ongoing case with corporate regarding lack of care and being given misinformation. Not cool. I left work to come here because they are only open 10-4.
I had an appointment for 10am. Lobby doesn’t open till 10 so naturally I assumed I would be served the moment I walk in. They had me waiting 30 minutes while they were serving other customers. The issue I came in with took less than 5 minutes to resolve. What a waste of time and horrible management by this bank.
Extremely unhelpful, useless and rude employees. Just close the branch.
