Conducted mortgage business with BofA for more than 10 years. Have my checking and saving account with them for more than 20 years and I was unable to refinance and cash out with them "sometime I just don't get it". But I was able to get another lender to approved my cash out refi with in 1 day. I just don't get BofA sometime. I'm an Asian American with credit score of 755 and cashing out to pay off my debt.Â
